Carmel is in Indiana, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Carmel follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Cant keep sale items in stock. Website will even say in stock when it isnt. Was told to come back multiple times over the weekend for a labor day sale on steak and they were out EVERY time. Spoke with manager and was told there was nothing they could do for the inconvenience. Wasted so much gas. Id say call or order ahead prior to wasting time. Honestly pathetic customer service, seemed more than happy to lose members.

To join on web site was impossible. Didn't handle different shipping and billing addresses. Kept saying invalid zip when zip correct. Employees at service desk at location had to setup membership at price advertised on web site. Employees on 2 help phone lines couldn't care less if we were able to join, as if their jobs didn't depend on memberships. Employees at location helped us with all our problems.

Shout out to Melisa for such fantastic customer service! She helped me with my cart order over the phone then when I picked up my order she was so friendly and helpful! There should be more wonderful kind people like this that work with the public! The place is great and Melisa is a 5 star employee and she gave me a nice big BJ's bag for free for when I come back to shop! Thank you and please recognize this valued employee!!

I love shopping here. It's clean, has wide aisles and is never busy. Most people are more familiar with Costco but I can't stand how busy it is there. The nice thing is that BJs always stocks the same items (unlike Costco which changes things up). I can go to BJs in Boston, Pennsylvania and here to find the same items that I'm looking for. I highly recommend being a member here.

Just checked out the new store. Discounts everywhere. It was entirely worth our trip. We used the pre checkout lane so we didn't have to stand in line. Gas price was on par with Costco. Understand that the advertised price is with the BJs MasterCard.
